Role Overview & Requirements

Position summary

IntegrityNext is hiring a Product Manager for its Carbon product, turning product strategy into solutions that deliver measurable value in a B2B SaaS environment. Working closely with the Product Lead, Engineering, Design and Sustainability Experts, the role owns the product’s journey from discovery and prioritisation through delivery, optimisation and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on shaping AI-native capabilities.

Why this role matters

IntegrityNext’s platform supports more sustainable and responsible business practices, and the Carbon product helps customers address carbon accounting and emissions reporting. The role balances innovation with reliability, transparency and customer trust, directly influencing how the company scales its climate-focused offering.

Key responsibilities

  • Translate strategy into roadmaps by turning the Product Lead’s direction into actionable roadmaps, clearly scoped features and measurable outcomes.
  • Own and prioritise the backlog by balancing customer value, feasibility, effort and strategic relevance to focus resources on the greatest impact.
  • Drive product discovery by using customer research, market trends and internal expertise to validate problems, assumptions and solutions through structured experimentation.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle from concept and requirements definition through launch, optimisation and potential sunset, defining success metrics and monitoring performance.
  • Shape AI-native development by identifying where AI agents create value, writing clear Product Requirements Documents, and maintaining quality standards such as evaluations, golden examples and governance fact sheets.
  • Act as the central point of contact for the product by communicating roadmap decisions, progress, risks and changes across Engineering, Design, Sustainability and business teams.

Team and stakeholders

The role reports into the Product Lead and collaborates daily with Engineering, Product Design, Sustainability Experts and business stakeholders, working asynchronously in a distributed, Europe-based team with overlapping collaboration hours across US and UK time zones. The product roadmap is maintained in Airfocus.

Key details

  • Full-time, permanent, mobile/remote working across UK (England and Wales) and the US.
  • Flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths and real ownership from day one.
  • Attractive compensation package offered (amount not stated).

Requirements

Essential

  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Strong B2B SaaS experience with demonstrated end-to-end product ownership, including product launches and sunsetting.
  • Strong technical understanding and confidence collaborating with Engineering on system architecture, data models, integrations, APIs and technical trade-offs.
  • Solid analytical capabilities, including statistics fundamentals, A/B testing, cohort analysis and data-informed decision-making.
  • Practical experience with AI-native products, including agentic workflows, evaluations, golden examples and governance documentation, and confident daily use of AI-powered tools (such as GitHub, shared context repositories, Cursor or Claude).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
  • High ownership, sound judgement and an experimental, evidence-driven mindset in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Preferred

  • Experience in procurement, supply chain or compliance.
  • Knowledge of carbon accounting and emissions reporting frameworks, such as the GHG Protocol, CSRD or Scope 1 to 3.
